Any ideas on how to clear your head?

At the moment I am feeling a little bit whey, a little bit woah. Nothing seems to be in balance. I just can't concentrate on anything my head is filled with things I should be doing and all sorts of ideas and just plain daft thoughts. But no ability to simply concentrate on one thing or get anything practical done.

I have not been sleeping well, waking up regularly around 1am if I go to bed early or 3am if I stay up hoping to sleep thru. I wake up usually after an intense dream while I think what is in the dream is real then realise I am awake then it takes around an hour to get back to sleep.

Do we have a doctor in the house?

Any suggestions on cures or reasons?

  1. I am also experiencing the same thing. I just let it go and let time take me back to the right course.

  2. I find that on those days I do things all day, yet nothing seems to get done, the best thing for me is to just do nothing instead. That helps me clear my head and refocus, and many times something I have been working on for hours before, now takes me ten minutes to figure out. Simply switch off for a little while :-)

I hope everything works out for you!

  4. You are hilarious! I don't do well around others when I don't sleep (actually... even when I do), so not really sure I can be of much help here. I either empathize or sympathize(<--I look these f******* up all the time, but after 34 years I admit defeat. I can't remember the difference) Have a safe trip regardless.
